Terms of Service for DriveStruct

Welcome to DriveStruct. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using DriveStruct, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use DriveStruct. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Services Overview

DriveStruct provides a platform connecting learner drivers with qualified driving instructors, along with tools for scheduling, communication, and progress tracking. We do not directly provide driving instruction unless explicitly stated.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Instructor Responsibilities

Instructors using DriveStruct must:

• Hold valid certifications and licenses as required by UK law.
• Provide accurate availability and pricing information.
• Maintain professional conduct and comply with all applicable regulations.

DriveStruct is not responsible for verifying instructor credentials beyond reasonable checks.

5. Booking and Payments

All connections between learner and instructor are made through the platform. Repeated bookings may fall outside of the platform and all payments between learner and instructor are made outside of the platform unless both parties wish to process payments on DriveStruct. Cancellation and refund policies are invoked privately between instructor and learner. DriveStruct does not impose rules or regulations on the instructor or learner regarding how to conduct their business. Furthermore, DriveStruct may charge subscription fees in the future to certain instructors.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Upload malicious code or disrupt the Platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on DriveStruct, including logos, design, text, and software, is owned or licensed by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute content without permission.

8. Platform Availability

We strive to maintain availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DriveStruct shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
• Issues arising from interactions between users and instructors.

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

10. Extras

• The Platform may integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment processors). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or performance.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to DriveStruct at our discretion, particularly for violations of these Terms.
• Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data.
• We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
